Emergency Manager Dean Pearson has dedicated himself to the people of Bowman County for the last 38 years. Noting his nearly four decades of service, Pearson, a resident of Bowman, was honored during the North Dakota Emergency Management Association’s recent annual membership meeting during the ND Emergency Management Conference in Bismarck.
