The Bulldogs football team traveled to Scranton to take on the Hettinger-Scranton Nighthawks Sept. 23. It was a misty and foggy night but that did not keep the fans for both teams from turning out.
The Nighthawks came out on top with a 24-0 victory over the Bulldogs.
The Bulldogs offense was held in check with only 39 yards passing, 48 yards rushing and only 6 first downs.
The defense again played tough with a total of 61 tackles and two sacks by Nate Boehm. The defense was on the field for the majority of the game and came through with a couple of tough goal line stands.
