Wilson ‘Dale’ Storlie, 61

Dale Storlie, 61, of Beulah passed away on Sept. 22, 2016 at his home.

Memorial Services for Dale were at 2 p.m. Sept. 28 at the Krebsbach Funeral Home Chapel.

Burial will follow in the Bowman Cemetery. Wilson “Dale” Storlie was born on June 7, 1955 in Bowman, the son of Norman and Mabel (Wilson) Storlie.

As a young boy, Dale was raised west of Amidon where he attended Sand Creek Country School and then attended Bowman High School. In 1974, he moved to Sisseton, S.D., where he would help his parents and other farmers on their farms. In 1992, Dale moved back to Bowman. He enjoyed working with wood, riding horses and raising dogs. He also enjoyed fast cars and cold beer.

He is survived by his sisters; Valerie Grosz and Jean Peterson, brother; Dean (Gail) Storlie, Nephews and Nieces; Gary Martian and family, Donna Binek and family, Scott Martian and family, Chad Peterson and family and Darin Peterson and family, Shane Hutzenbiler and family, Clint Storlie and family, Travis Storlie, and Justin Storlie and family. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother-in-laws, Donald Martin, LeRoy Grosz and Jim Peterson and aunts and uncles.

Krebsbach and Kulseth Funeral Services was in charge of the arrangements.
