The number of Corona Virus deaths in North Dakota tripled Monday when two more people died.

All three had other health conditions which put them at additional risk to COVID-19.

A Navy veteran died on his 93rd birthday in the Veterans Administration Hospital March 26 to become the first fatality in the state.

The second and third victims died Monday. One, an 80-year old woman in McHenry County, was followed by a 70-year old man in Morton County.

Both deaths Monday were attributed to community spread.

As of Tuesday, 13 more people tested positive for the Corona Virus, which brought the total virus cases in the state to 122.
